We offer free shipping on all orders over $60 within Canada and the US over $60.
Free international shipping over $100 to select locations.

Our products are usually handmade and shipped within 3-5 business days, but can possibly take a bit longer during peak times - they are all handmade with love and care, which can take time!
 
CURRENCY
Because our shop is located in Canada, all orders are processed in CAD - but we still ship lots to the US!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We offer returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery*. Please contact us for further details.

*For safety reasons, earrings are not eligible for returns. Purchaser is responsible for return postage.

Canadian orders under $60 are shipped via letter mail and are untracked (you can contact us to upgrade to tracked shipping) 

All US and international orders are tracked.

For eligible orders, you will receive a tracking number after purchase.
